The Carolina Moon Jazz Group is an exciting group of superbly talented jazz artists featuring the dynamic partnership of UK/Australian vocalist Carolina Moon and Roger Manins on tenor saxophone.
New Zealander Manins, who has spent most of his career in Australia and New York, met Moon in Sydney, and after a couple of years brought the new family home to NZ. Now based in Auckland, the group features an international core membership of top line players - Kevin Field (NZ), Olivier Holland (Germany) Ron Samsom (Canada), and a musical program that combines fresh arrangements, classic and contemporary repertoire and a good dose of humour. |
